God has created us to have a personal relationship with Him. That relationship was broken from the result of the original sin but has since been restored through the shed blood of Jesus. Now we can know Him better than ever through the filling of the Holy Spirit. Start seeking, start knocking, start praying and start reading the Bible and He will communicate with you and reveal Himself to you for who He really is. Talking to Him through journaling can be very helpful.
